Background Sound toggle

As the title says, add an audio option which allows you to toggle if sound plays when the program is in the background or not.

Just a nice QoL change for folks who tab out frequently and still want to listen in on game audio whilst they're resting/banking/whatever

do you only get sound when M2O is in the foreground. That's happening to me and
i'm lookiung for a way to fix that.

Yes, that is the problem, and that's why I've suggested they add an option to allow it to play in the background. I've looked around already for ways to fix it and haven't had any input so, posted here.

Please for the love of God remove the cicadas. They are terrible. That's all I'm asking, but OP post should happen as well.

i support that, we have to toggle sometimes and would like to still hear what is happening in the game.
