I'd like to see a very small, left to right sway along with the up and down sway for 20kg armor wearers. Slowly increasing up to max armor weight. Just my opinion and may not be practical, but high strength characters should have a messy start to the aiming process that gets tighter and tighter, while high dex characters should have a tight initial aim that gets worse. High in both dex and str get both.
I think if neither of these can be achieved, replace the sway with an increased arrow notch time past 20kg
