Alvarin bows are overtuned and they outtrade other bow users other than Oghmir during rock solid while also having smaller hitbox being faster and all the other beenfits.
If you nerfed healing those exact builds would dominate even harder and they need a direct stat nerf.
"you nerf alvarins you get a race nobofy uses" LMAO even if you made them shit in pvp they'd still be picked at least 1 in 4 times which is balanced as theres 4 races just for pure utility and antizerg. The race is giga op and even if its overnerfed which is almost impossible to do the game would be in a better state because 1 unplayable race is better than 3 unplayable races due to 1 OP race.

How is it wrong that if uptime of armor pierce which is a damage increase is higher as a % of total duration of the test, average damage goes up versus if it was a minority of uptime in that scenario for no reason who shoozs 76 bows on foot to kill a person lmao. You are dead in 10-20 max and if they dps during armor pierce with abilities you are gone. They can just kite for the cooldown anyway.
