    healers/crafters not being able to level clades like fighters?

    Why don't I get any clades for crafting/gathering/taming/etc...?Am I Forced to change my spec and endlessly pve for talent points? Clades don't even share from mobs so if I'm a healer/crafter I'm just get screwed? seems kinda rude
