I would enjoy mage much more if they did it. It would also increase the skill ceiling as well. You can do more things with the higher APM and you would get double the air time from jump casting. They will listen to bad players saying buff mages but not people who are actually doing well in PvP.

@Anabolic Man just not have combat pets solves the issue. Better studios have a lot of issue with balancing these types of things. Right now with the node line bug eating pets its been great for PvPers. Almost no pets to deal with and the game is far improved for it.

Main issue with mounted is that they can just run away. Not that they can heal but that they can just go somewhere else and reset. If SV fixes this issue then it would be a lot more balanced game. Speed changes based on health is a big way to fix this.
