sounds like shader changes, i would clear your directx shader cache as a quick troubleshoot. Probably conflicting shaders from an older build of the game. Let me know how it goes.

I recommend trying to clear you directx cache and maybe your nviida shader cache. Looks a bit like shader compilation stutter
