weird for me, I have better fps (+5fps) with "use reccomanded setting" command that give to me medium and minum settings then set all minum settings. Both DLLS disabled.

atm in Bakti I'm at 28/29% cpu use EDIT: and I have 25/27 fps

I'm not confident with hardware things but I dont notice any big differences on my computer switch from i.e. 1920x1080 to 980x 800 monitor resolution or enable/disable some things like vsync or low/ medium settings, ecc. . It's like 5 fps more or less in the same spot (Fabernum/Bakti). I tough...

I try just some minutes but kill or hit a springbok is almost impossible ? also I don't know if just my impression or not but naked I can reach the sprinbok a little closer than with an armor.
