Kran is the PvP hotspot. Its a red town with PvP daily but it has the worse FPS in the game. I get 120 in GK but 30s in Kran. Rework needs to happen very badly to kran to make it playable. but 60 FPS is not playable.

I just did the CC to GK one and got tind rep. My kurtie rep is maxed so its probably randomized between tind and kur empires.
