True, just remove the shields from the game. You could remove the swords too, because you can parry with your woodcutting axe.

So, i'm mining, i have a shield and a sword. I get attacked, draw my sword and then the shield, looping through the animations twice, before it all finishes i'm dead. Drawing your weapons should always be as simple as pressing X imo. Tools could have their own slot and binding.

or make stab and overhead keys move the position to the sides. example from left to top or bottom.

You can check the roadmap yourself. They've done mounts once already in MO1, you think they are clueless enough to put that in the goals that early, if they don't think they can make it happen.

Mounts would still be added within a month. The pace of updates has been really good.

GPU is below minimum req. 2GB VRAM is not enough. also you should get a SSD, they are really affordable now.

Best performance for me is when settings are at max. then just lower resolution until the fps is acceptable. the render distance slider has a big effect too. Having it at 0% doesn't look that much worse. DLSS has a greater effect on quality on lower resolutions. that setting works with AMD cards...

I don't think you need a beta key if you already have the client.

rtx 3080 with dlss perfomance mode could get close, but hard to say how demanding the game is going to end up beeing.

The game is unoptimized, it has fps issues in the menus. Lower your resolution until the game gets out of alpha.
