I am receiving message you caught fish, the bait is disappearing. However no fish show up in my inventory, I have tried on the Main and Alt 2 server same results, I have tried several different locations same results. I catch X fish but nothing actually goes into the inventory. Guildmate able to catch fish normal.

If you are using fish as bait and catch the same fish it will go straight to your fishing pools bait. If the bait disappears that usually means you ran out of bait (you can equip more then 1u at a time) or you caught a turtle and 1 bait is lost and the rest is sent into your inventory. This probably did not help you though
It does not matter what I use for bait, the fish will not go into inventory. GM said to bank all my gear relog I tried with no luck. It is so weird I am getting the message I caught the fish just will not go into inventory. I have caught Hebreus, Caane and Trudis but given up until it get fixed just sucks because during week can't do much besides fish.
Thank you for the reply, I did not know you could equip more than a single unit on bait I was worried that if you lost line you would loose all the bait.
Trying to catch fish called Ventriosus (drops the Ganoid scale) any recommendations?
