Raining nonstop in GK

If you have spent a considerable amount of time in GK, you have probably noticed that it's constantly fking raining nonstop, every second of the day.

Can we tone it down a little? You literally cannot hear anything while it's raining nonstop and it gets super annoying.

Real tall, place is arid region. nothing is growing except for little pockets. It rains too much there.

Also rain sound too loud and annoying in general.
