Hey,

besides the few dungeons the open world pve is really lacking in my opinion as in general it feels a lot like a riding simulator which is even more painful when there is just a few other ppl in your area and I would suggest the following changes to make it more fitting for an mmo. In general open world pve feels like it's distributed like it would be OK for a singleplayer game but not an mmo. Overall if you don't have a dungeon in your area you are out of luck.

1. Outlaws
Problem: 1 other player is enough and noone else can farm them in a whole area, even if someone is riding by without killing them they are gone for 1h. Overall you can mostly only farm them off prime and if you have to work and can only play during prime time you are out of luck.

Solution:
Remove random spawns and move outlaws to camps. Plus remove ring drop chance from outlaws but move it to a chest in these camps. Make these chests on a personal cool down of a like 2-3 hours for accounts so you can also do them in grps and when you got time. Outlaws itself would only be a bonus gold but the trinket lottery would be in the chests.

2. Poi's
Problem: if not done off prime hours chests in these poi's are basically always empty and on top not worth to stop for them. Currently just wasted dev time as hardly anyone bothers to stop for them

Solution: put chests on a personal cool down for accounts and add a tiny chance for really good drops also. Could even be boss drops like multiverse, ritualism book but should be really small.

3. Trolls
Problem: mostly gone during prime time and yet another thing where you ride around a lot for nothing

Solution: add an item for prominence you can buy to spawn them a few times a day so you can do this with your guild or allies when you feel like. Could also be considered for dungeon bosses.

4. Dungeons in general
Problem: too few to cover all areas and SV just can't produce enough apparently in due time.

Solution: just copy paste a few of the newer ones so at least every area has 1 they can go to. You can make unique ones later on but this imbalance in access to grp content around the map is a real show stopper. I doubt anyone would bother if you copy paste more as long it adds to the game

5. Open world grp content
Problem: most stuff in the open world is solo content, yet this is an mmo

Solution: add bigger camps like veteran outlaws, big bandit camps, sartor camps or whatever that can only be pulled in grps and leash if pulled too far. You should be able to farm there over longer periods without the need to ride around. This way you would need to fight them as a grp on foot and would also make a good pvepvp Hotspot.

In conclusion yes we got dungeons with quick respawn but the everyday pve you do while waiting for stuff to happen is just a riding simulator mostly and this needs to change in my opinion.
