Its getting out of hands now with the elementalism spells. Something have to be done fast! There are no safe zones atm, its just damn enoying when they kill your horse over and over again, and just suiciding, and have no consequence at all.
Or make so the horse runs away when they take dmg or something.
Its a super easy fix!
