On the main instance houses are allowed to be placed and destroyed.
The house should also be on all the other instances. But the house should have a local bank. (To prevent any duping exploits)
This way people can use their houses no matter what instance they are on.
It will also prevent people from logging off on an alternate instance and appearing inside the house on the main instance.
Every hour you could run a batch job that checks the main instance for new houses, or destroyed house and update the other instances.
