How can i level up domination skill?

İm playing as a dominator and after read the book i stuck at the 80(5int 5 psyc)

What should i dominate for level up? And where?
İ prefer non agressive creatures if possible

Just find a creature that says "low chance for you to dominate" and spam it until you stop gaining.
