Ahhh yeah! It is very nice to see Henrik again. I know that people probably thought I was trolling when I said Henrik's availability directly affects population and playerbase morale, but I believe that. I also hope to see him making little comments and showing his presence on discord (but I'm not there ha) or here.

I would love for someone to show him this because I have some thoughts.

Loot monsters: YES. We asked for that. We need loot that doesn't involve monsters, too, for adventuring solos. Crazy loot, like stuff that would roll on the level of an outlaw or vet outlaw if the spot is really weird.

Counter reduce @ 80%: Not feeling this. I had a slight debate with a friend about how counter reduce is wack. I see the idea, but I have been consistently against counter reduce due to the fact I fell it affects rhythm changes in pvp (seems like another mechanic that adds to the full charge hit, defender tries to parry, defender tries to counter if parry... parry parry parry until hit, repeat from step 1. The 80% thing or counter reduce seems like a mechanic that is designed for very highly skilled dungeon small scale. I think that's cool, but it also has implications for 1 v 1 and in a large scale fight it will keep your parriers alive longer, buuut

I really think you guys should stop trying to balance for 1vx. There is no mechanic that is gonna make that work, and if they had it, it would be in all games. There are certainly things you can do to punish bad play and to reward good play. A PARRY is not the ultimate good play. It's very reductive to think that way. People raged and raged when they were punished for missing a swing, but they want 80% counter reduce, ok. I would look into stamina. I would make it so that you can't activate skills under a certain stam threshold, you take more damage and also stam damage under a certain stam threshold, etc. Why worry about stam management if you can parry for 80% counter reduce? You can find SOMEONE to parry. If you stam out in a crowd, you should often die.

Faster kills = better 1vx. Doesn't mean you will never die, but if you play it right, you can burn people down before their team can react. You want good small scale, bring a better team comp <3. Or everyone will just roll skinny mages and burn down all the parry whores.

Things we still need, that you guys should "look into:"

Clade for more things, mining and chopping tasks, way more clade for running a parcel between towns. Clade for building, clade for maxing a lore / your first wep skill lore etc. 15-20 clade fix. No clade req for haven. If you are worried about people exploiting haven just make it so that if people leave early they can't take anything with them.

Trinket / mastery raw caps. Raw attribute, raw health/mana/stam, raw % bonus caps both single type and all types added together. Make trinkets a further customization. There should also be an action / prof point cap.

Player brokers. This is super super important. Let players buy and sell by their TC. Change the world! In the same way, make it so you can fkn transfer a pet from stables.

I have tried to explain that the next step shouldn't be adding more dungeons or continents, but it should be refining a system where players can have actual roles and titles and maybe get little bonuses for being in that role, whether role related to town on your guild. This could help in many ways. I'd go into further details, but the idea is to create a society and a structure. Focus more on player versus player than player versus environment. Stop adding random shit from other games. Break new ground.

HENRIK, listen to me. I have given you so many JEWELS over the past decade. Really read and think about what I am saying, brothers.
