- Remove ability for pets/horses to enter buildings
- Add "hitching posts" around town where mountable pets can be "hitched"
- Make it so you can access your pets' bags from anywhere in town as long as they are hitched
- Set a timer to hitching posts so people can't leave pets there indefinitely
