Feedback on boss monster design (Troll)

The Troll is the first boss monster and I must say it's pretty fun.
Here a summary what I like on the new boss monster design, and what I don't.

Pro:
- has decent ranged attacks and is not that easy farmeable as mounted.
- does AOE damage at meele distance (which is dodgeable by moving out of the range when the Troll charges)
- switches targets frequently and is not tankable by a single pet (especially since the boss does not stick to the pet)
- does not super high damage on a single target
Con:
- sometimes the animations are not played, even when you're closer than 10 meter to it.
- the aggro seems to be focused mostly on mages. 90% of the time 2 out of 3 mages got the aggro. Rarely a hybrid, the 3rd mage or the pet. Fighters never got aggro for longer than a second (random stone thrown in a direction, before switching to the mage again).

Agreed. Should they manage to solve the animations and the transitions between each animation, as well as aggro table issues and general AI/Pathfinding, then they'll be on the right track with their approach to boss design.

Last time a friend and I tried to kill it, I was behind it 40 meters away and it insta killed me with no animation, 200+ damage.
