Epic store, but my skills are not saved on the panel

Hi , I bought a mortal in the Epic store, but my skills are not saved on the panel (they are reset every time after a restart), how can I fix this?

They're gonna fix this in the next patch, probably early next week.

I'm a mage, and it pisses me off that every damn time I log into the game, I gotta keep slapping my skills onto the damn panels, and I've got a bunch of 'em, mind you. When the are you gonna fix this?

I've cursed myself a thousand times for deciding to switch to the Epic Store.
