Elf has some massively OP clade gifts. It's true, u kno it, I kno it, and I'd actually like to address all, but first I want to comment w/ lean bias on its speed buffs.

I believe the elf speed buffs should say "increased speed (and jump if you didn't know lol)" and not list a raw %. The flat percentage skews their speed heavily. It makes it negligible at the top and it allows some low dex builds to be a lot faster than they should be. This is what I suggest! Leave it as it is for fit, and add in more/less with diminishing returns on either side. So, these are gonna be very small percentile changes because we've seen how much 2.5% (right?) flat changes elf speed in regard to other clades. It will also prevent people from going underweight+ and just being stupid fast (still would be extremely fast tho.) Stout slows down, OW slows down, bulging on the ground is no longer a meme. GG.

Let's address some more. I want to say that Naiad was a MONSTROUS gift and w/ 50 swimming I was easily able to jump in a river and swim what seemed like faster than I could walk and lose very little stam. They nerfed it INTO THE GROUND. Swimming isn't so interesting, anyway! But let's NOT do that with the other gifts.

Resting pulse is very strong, I still say, but it fits. Leave it!

Long life allows free attributes (and glitch ones at that, going over caps, allowing you to get almost max str plus go over dex/con) I believe it should not apply until a certain age... (I've said this before...) like, 40-50. Is 31 really long life? That's like the end of prime for professional athletes!

Flat bow + gifts. I kind of feel like this should be similar to the speed thing, it should just say increased str and scale with fit as the baseline, MORE for stout, maybe same as fit OW, dunno. Then lean on down would get LESS benefit.

Flat gifts are FUCKED UP. They are meme-ing the game. Prol would be nice to look at ogh gifts in a similar way. All of the flat non-skill-related bonuses for chars other than dmg bonuses are like +2 cap, to put it in perspective. And you want those in anything you are using.

So if you do the knowledge to how ridic all those ogh gifts are: 10 PU FLAT, 6KG armor FLAT, 3 dmg resist FLAT, 20KG carry weight FLAT, It doesn't make a lot of sense when there are weight classes in the game. W Ogh tho instead of basing off fit, I would base it off of stout. Even tho some of those gifts are still kinda ??? I even feel like the 15% resist to KD will be substantial as the game gets going.
