The Dev's boldfaced lied to everyone about that. There is no way they can recover from this without actually sharding the server or making regional servers. This is what happens when someone cant put aside their own ego.

AYFKM! I have quite literally been in que for 12 hours. from 7pm LAST NIGHT to 7am - now- I fucking went to sleep in que and woke up in que. This is the -WORST- game I have ever attempted to play. You devs need to go back to the drawing board and open new servers or something. Fucking trash

After 15 minutes of standing around in game doing nothing you get kicked for being inactive.

Devs are shit. 30 years of MMOs and they can't figure out the simplest things.
