You're unable to attack players who have "Criminal intent" debuff if you have it turned off. Only if a criminal person attacks you, may you attack them back (with Criminal Action turned off)

Not really, the bans are almost always correlated to a crash. Most, if not all the bans have probably been reverted due to the fact that it's a known issue that people randomly get banned. Here's hoping they fix it sooner rather than later.

Thanks, I've reached out but getting a response is not the easiest. Im not sure what happened but I got unbanned like 30 min or so after the crash+ban, might've been "automatically" removed. That probably is it, the inhouse anti-cheat that kicks in and blasts me after a crash.
