    New Player. Confused looking at the Stats for a Jack of all Trades build: St - 104 (+5) Dex - 93 (-5) Con - 93 Int - 53 Psy - 45 So you cant start a build like this , so i assume this is the goal? Trying to figure out how to get started with a build like this?
