All my skills, even if they are 100, are acting as though they are 1. In these 2 videos I cannot read books i should be able to, I cant bandage myself for anymore than 1-9hp despite having anatomy at 100, i cant tame anything even though taming is at 69. Please flush my character or something...

Kind of surprised there's no where to post bugs or bug reports. You also cant attach videos to in game bug reports. Please work on this.
