Hey, im juggling around with builds and stuff and i landed finally on full tindrem human, because the points aviable for psy or int. i ask me if 90 psy really defend me from mages, i dont know it. but i think i want to play arcane archer, i dont know if its played on horse only or foot too...

because it should be one world. you want to pickpock and trade and fight everyone, not just the people in your town. instanced cities would be chaos, just imagine of you want to trade with a guild member or a friend and he tells he dont see you, how would you instance it ? per guild? no sir...

nah, instancing would kill it. but the continents what comes in future is like instancing, because people will settle in different zones then.

youd said id by yourself. you prefer this even its harder to play. the build is ok i think. but you should go for max heigh or max con. you are more a dex mage build, not a paladin. paladins strength is to have the hp, to wear heavier armor and can heal / corrupt sometimes. thats a PALADIN...

oghmir and thursar both mage victims i guess, and i jdont want speed for chasing, i want speed for escaping. or kiting etc. :)

second slot would be awful. this game heavily rely on your reputation as a human beeing (more or less). they should never add a second slot. even second accounts should be forbidden for the sake of the game-rp-reputation thingy, to not be able to just use an alt account to carry the ammo to load...
