June 17, 2026

Cross the Inner Sea and step foot on Sarducaa today!

The Public Test Realm for our new continent hosted on a North American server will be going live shortly today, and you can learn more about what to expect on the PTR below.

The PTR is planned to run at least until Monday the 22nd of June, however we may extend it if needed.

How to access the PTR

  • Open your Steam client and right click Mortal Online 2 in your games library.
  • Click ‘Properties’
  • Click ‘Game Versions & Betas’ on the left
  • Using the multiple choice list, click on the one labelled  ‘Mortal Online Public Test Realm’.
  • Your Steam client will then patch your game over to the test branch, and if the servers are up already you will be free to log in as normal.

How to Report Bugs or Leave Feedback

  1. When in the game world, press the ESC key to pull up the menu.
  2. Click on the Report Bug button in the menu.
  3. A black window to enter your comments will appear. There is a drop down called “Report:”.
    1. Click on the drop down and several options will appear.
    2. Select the option most relevant to your issue.

Sarducaa PTR Information

What is on the PTR?

Rather than the usual full list of detailed content patch notes, we will be excluding a lot of what has been added for Sarducaa so as to not spoil things for the upcoming release.

For that same reason, much of the new continent has also been blocked off so that it can be fully explored for the first time on release day. Below is a map displaying the areas which are available for travel on the Sarducaa PTR.

From Haven, you will be able to spawn at one of three cities on the PTR:

  • Beth Jedda
  • Pash
  • Belrim

There are roads leading between these cities which you will be able to follow in order to travel around easily on the PTR.

As the blocked off areas are rather strict, it is likely you may encounter an invisible wall while walking around.

What can you test?

  • As the Sarducaa Expansion comes with an extreme number of backend and server related changes, we are very interested in having a lot of people transfer from Haven to Sarducaa.
  • There are new AI walking around in the playable PTR area both in between and in Points of Interest as well, and testing these thoroughly is also appreciated.
  • Again so as to not spoil certain things, all of the main dungeons have been removed from the world for the PTR.
  • What is greatly appreciated here is testing of basic things, and in general simply “trying to play the game normally” as this might reveal certain issues which need to be solved.
  • One major aspect which we are sure many of you will be eager to test is the fact that the server for Sarducaa is hosted in North America, and so testing this out in various ways is also important, even if you just spend some time duelling your friends. To facilitate that, there are also duelling arenas in every town.
  • Lockpicking has also been added, and is available on Myrland as well.

  • Only characters created after the Sarducaa patch can travel to Sarducaa when leaving Haven.

Known Issues

  • The Territory Control Regions on the map are offset and do not line up with their true location in the world.
  • Some Journal discovery title requirements do not line up in the UI.

  • The unique music for Sarducaa is not currently enabled, so you will hear Myrland music tracks on the PTR.

Feedback Survey

As always, we will be hosting a Google Forms feedback survey soon where you can let us know about your experiences on the Sarducaa PTR.

We greatly appreciate everyone who takes the time to fill these out. A link to the feedback survey form will be posted after the PTR has been running for a few days. In the meantime, please submit all feedback and bug reports using the in game reporting functions while you are on the PTR.
