Want to skillup Herbologium and Press but seems that my skills on Crafting Appliances are blocked (check screen pls).
Where am I going wrong?

Your screenshot doesn't show your Crafting Appliances status: is it locked? If so, that is the problem. If not, check other parents for lock status. GL

Yep all unlocked...and two days later I found skills @ 70 and now all works good, thanks a lot anyway!
