Guild and alliance organization.

I would like to see 3 levels of team organization.

tier one-local citizens group created without guild stone but registered at local npc and may consists only of players who declare particular city as a hometown which is planed for players to be able to get back to their town after they died.They would not be able to construct any building but may have shared banks of some sort.

tier two-classic guilds created by using guild halls and stones.

tier three-alliances which could consists of guilds and local citizen groups.They could have a limited amount of keeps to prevent them from controlling the whole map.

SV should not wait with introducing alliance system and implement it from the very beginning.Those system are very useful for guild leaders and help them to organized players.Politics should be part of the gameplay for people to get involved in it.There was a a lot of stuff going on in MO1 but was hidden on guild forums and if players are more aware of political situation on the server that would add a lot of immersion.
