tbh it's kind of dated and not a great way to accurately represent things since there are so many other factors like specific location, time of day, other baits and so many other things. I leave it to better minds to figure out the right way to properly display the best fishing information.Unless that's you on reddit be sure to credit
EDIT: Nvm it is, also bro dm me for access and ill add my notes![]()
Yeah there a couple of those that can be in "both" instead of just fresh/salt. I always use:tbh it's kind of dated and not a great way to accurately represent things since there are so many other factors like specific location, time of day, other baits and so many other things. but i figure it might help as a start for anyone trying to get into fishing.
There is a place, if you use worms as bait, you get only amulets. So Worms are useless?
Angelo! Your giving out secrets! HahaThere is a place, if you use worms as bait, you get only amulets.![]()
Did anyone actually managed to hook the ring? or gold amulet or above? There are several ways to get only amulets when fishing, eliminating the fish pool table via bait type and location/depth. The problem is that they are not good or worth doing currently. When you reliably catch gold or above trinkets or rings, let us know.![]()
When fishing came out Henrik did say that all the fish from the first game were in now. But later on we had the patch that added three more fish and those fish were also in the first game as well so he kind of lied there.Tbh I am too sceptic about this legendary fish. I don't think it's in the game.
I would asume it's like the monster from mo1 or the only fish we're aware of that hasn't been caught: Copperfish.Just to get some talking going. What do you all think SV mean when they say "Legendary" fish? What idea do you have rolling in your head. My hope is that 1 is maybe a big shark or something along those lines. Or maybe like in mo1 were you fished up a monster you had to kill.
Yeah, yeah I like the idea. I thought copperhead was a Sarduccan fish but I was mistaken. Also what I have found in files was a Crystal helmet fish, just something to note.I would asume it's like the monster from mo1 or the only fish we're aware of that hasn't been caught: Copperfish.
Now I do have an idea rolling in my head: In the patch notes when they introduced the amulets, it was stated that they also increased the chance of finding the legendary fish. This kind of make me think that it's not the chance of finding the legendary fish has been improved, but more a way to balance it back to the normal chance because of the possible trinkets you'll find along the way. If this is true, it means the legendary fish is a bottom fish and will have a hook size that has a chance to find trinkets.
