Do you think Armor should give a movement speed penalty?

This game is not balanced around 1v1 in the slightest.

That's an excuse i hear every time yet most pvp in this game is small scale. Not exactly 1v1 but 1v2 2v2 3v2 1v3 etc. And yes, veelas aren't OP exactly for the reason that their speed is not THAT great. A good oghmir knows how punish veela's footwork and how to outstam them as to not let them reset a fight whenever they like. That would change if armor weight actually affected speed.

There should be either a stamina drain or a slower movement speed with heavier armor.
And / or attack speed nerf or dex increases speed of attack.

I feel like the only people who argue against this min / maxed and don't want the game to be balanced in a way that doesn't benefit them.
