Crash on death

[Call of Paranoia]

I have had the following crash when either my character or any other player character in the vicinity dies. It also happens regularly while I am trying to get to a priest for resurrection.

LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 198] Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost. (Error: 0x887A0006 - 'HUNG')

Game files have been verified, drivers up to date, running on DX11.
