    Parry Cooldown/Ability System

    So currently parrying is a little out of hand as the weapons are much slower. I was thinking perhaps a way to combat this would be to make a max number of parries that are on cooldown, still being able to block but that won't be as effective. Thoughts?

    My main concern coming from MO1 is the actual balance of weapons, there were so many options yet so much was not viable. I feel like every weapon should have its perks and downfalls.
